In celebration of the Islamic festival Eid Al Adha, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that public parking in Dubai will be free of charge for a period of four days. From Tuesday, June 27, until Friday, June 30, parking fees will not be applicable in paid zones, excluding multi-level terminals.
These free parking days encompass the Day of Arafah (June 27), which holds significant religious importance in Islam, as well as the three days of Eid Al Adha (June 28-30). Parking fees will resume on Saturday, July 1.
To commemorate Eid Al Adha, both public and private sector employees will enjoy the longest holiday of the year, spanning four days. This means that individuals with a Saturday-Sunday weekend will benefit from a six-day break. Regular work schedules will resume on Monday, July 3.
