LBC is still #1 for Pinoys

LBC Express wins hearts of Filipinos in a 4peat award as “Preferred Freight Forwarding Company of the Year”

LBC has another reason to celebrate as Filipinos in the UAE have chosen them as their “Preferred Freight Forwarding Company of the Year” for the fourth consecutive year at The Filipino Times Awards 2018. The 4-peat accolade is recognition of the company’s continuous drive to link Filipinos to their families back home as they celebrate their 10th year of operations in the region.

The awards ceremony was attended by over 1,000 individuals, with attendance from C-suite executives of over 200 brands, high profile Filipino leaders and the Philippine Diplomatic Corps led by the new Philippine Ambassador to the UAE, Hjayceelyn Quintana.

“Maraming salamat sa lahat ng patuloy na nagtitiwala sa LBC at asahan ninyo na marami pa kaming gagawin para mapagbuti ang aming serbisyo sa lahat ng mga Pilipino dito sa UAE at sa buong gitnang silangan ,” said Allan Bautista, Sales and Marketing Senior Manager at LBC Express Inc. LBC was chosen by more than 40,000 Filipinos out of 10 other shortlisted freight forwarding companies in the Middle East.

LBC continues to provide innovative services and products with the recent launch of their anniversary box for their 10th year anniversary. The box is over 45% bigger than the Jumbo box and secures the contents with their thickened water-resistant security foil to ensure that nothing will get damaged inside.

OFWs can now also have their request for balikbayan boxes processed in just a few clicks with the recent partnership of LBC and The Filipino Times through the portal lbc.filipinotimes.net. “LBC prides itself as a Filipino brand that takes care of the love that each of our customers send. With the emergence of digital platforms, LBC aims to provide continuous excellence in its services for Filipinos with more convenient options to send their 'padama' from the UAE to each of their 'padala' back home,” said LBC Vice President for Middle East, Mark Agalo-os.

Another innovative concept that LBC has recently launched is their LBC Lifestyle crate. The box itself is made from 5 and 7-ply wood, making it really thick and durable. The box also has hinges which make it an effective and safe storage space for any item you will ship. The best thing about LBC’s lifestyle crates is that these can be redesigned and repainted and made into new sturdy pieces of furniture for your home such as desks, tables, chairs, and more.

LBC Express plans to provide more customer-oriented products and services to make it easier and more affordable for OFWs to send their packages back home, while maintaining the quality of security with each balikbayan box that they send as they continue to serve as the bridge between the OFWs in the Middle East and their families in the Philippines.
