Mosques in UAE can operate 50% capacity starting August 3

Mosques in the UAE can operate 50 percent capacity beginning tomorrow, August 3.

The move came after a four-day Eid Al Adha break.

The sacred places for Muslim worshippers in the UAE have been operating at 30 percent since they're reopened on July 1.

As part of the protocols set by the government, a social distancing of two meters and the wearing of masks are mandatory to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
