Two Philippine Airlines (PAL) Dubai to Manila flights have been cancelled due to arrival limitation imposed by the Philippine government for inbound passengers. The restriction, which limits 1,500 inbound passengers daily, has kicked off last March 28. Since then, several airline companies have cancelled flights to Manila.

A Dubai-based travel manager familiar with the case told Proud Pinoy Media that flights PR658 and PR659 on April 27, 2021, and Mar 1, 2021, (flights between Manila and Dubai) have been cancelled due to the ongoing arrival limitation in Manila airport.

The airline has earlier announced over 10 flight cancellations due to the same restrictions.

Meanwhile, April 24 flight from Dubai remained unaffected.

Below are the options for affected passengers:

1. Convert your ticket to a travel voucher with 10% bonus and valid for up to 2 years, which must be requested on or before June 30, 2021.

2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021. If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge.

3. Refund your ticket without penalties

You may request any of the options via the myPAL Request Hub at https://mypal.vip/url/RequestHub.
