These Streets In Dubai Will Be Closed During New Year’s Eve

A number of streets in Downtown Dubai will be closed in time with the New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31.

According to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Al Asayel Roald will be closed from Oud street to Al Meydan street from 4pm to be used for public transportation and emergency vehicles.

Meanwhile, the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard will also be closed from 4pm. The traffic agency advised those who made reservations in the place to arrive before 4pm to avoid inconvenience.

Financial Centre Road will be closed from 4pm, while Al Sukook Street will be closed from 8pm. Future Street will be closed in the crossing between Business Bay street and Financial Street street in phases between 6pm to 8pm until the end of the celebration.

RTA also noted that the Burj Khalifa Station will be closed from 5pm on December 31 until 6am on January 1.
